HARVEST TIME OF LAUREL LEAVES - BAY LEAF

 Origin of laurel leaves are the Asian countries, which has mediterranean climates. Bay leaves are delivered to end-used in dried form. After collecting the crop, leaves have to be dried. 

At warm days of summer, in July, August and September, our laurel leaves are sun dried in large fields. Its important leaves to be protected from rain. 



Laurel leaves are grown in mediterranean countries and in countries where there is mediterranean climates, by the end of September, autumn rains would start. That's why, by the end of September, leaves are dried in ovens. In October, November, December, January, February, March leaves are dried in ovens.

After drying process, leaves are stocked in warehouses for packing process in warehouse. Upon customer requests, products can be selected as semi selected or semi hand selected and can be packed in different packing materials.
